How to get rid of moobs-the exercise myth exposed
Ps.  Here is another fact: If anyone ever tells you that you can spot lose weight or how to lose man breasts by exercising the chest alone, they either don't know what they are talking about or they are wilfully trying to deceive you.     
I have read in several books and magazines - and I have even noticed some you-tube videos - on so-called methods  for 'how to get rid of moobs' by doing certain chest exercises.


Well, I would like to share with you
some very basic physiological facts.
No! Not secrets or some unknown
pieces of data that only a very few
peopleknow about.

But real hard-core physiological facts that every medical doctor,
nutritionist, dietician, personal trainer, physical trainer or sports coach all know very well and that is:

It is not possible to lose weight or fat from one part of the body and not from the rest too.

What this basically means is it is totally impossible to 'spot-reduce' flab from your chest area. If you lose any fat from your chest you will also lose fat from your waist, thighs, back or stomach. And this is also true in reverse - you can't lose fat from any of those other areas without also losing fat from your chest.

So there is very little point in doing loads of standard push-ups, press-ups, bench press or dumbbell pectoral flys in an attempt to get rid of moobs, because spot-exercising the chest alone just won't work. In fact, too much exercise in the chest area (particularly heavy exercise) can and will make your moobs look even bigger.

And here's why:

Physiological Fact No. 2:-

Although you can't lose fat from one place on the body without losing fat from all over your body, it IS possible to build and develop muscle or muscles in specific parts of your body.

So, by developing your pectoral muscles underneath an excessive layer of fat or abnormally large mammary glands
(gynecomastia) in your chest area, you will only push this layer of chest fat or mammary glands out even further, making the moobs even more visible.

Now, of course, in such a case you would always know that your chest was primarily composed of well-earned muscles but others would only see the surface of all your hard work: the "MOOBS".

Now of course all what I have just said doesn't mean that exercising to get rid of moobs won't work far from it, Not only will the correct exercise routines make you look good, feel great and could possible increase your life span but the right exercise routine will indeed help you get rid of man breasts naturally

But, and I emphasise the BUT to lose man boobs and not make them bigger you do have to perform the correct exercise routines.

Fortunatly knowing how to get rid of moobs through exercise is not as difficult or as complicated as advance mathematic, nuclear physics or brain surgery, It's just a question knowing what exerciser you should and should not do.



Fact: If you have a genuine case of Gynecomastia and you over work your chest muscle then you will only achieve one thing: Bigger man boobs!

Fact: If you have Pseudo Gynecomastia and you only exercise your chest then expect to see only one major change: Bigger man boobs.

Fact: Pseudo Gynecomastia and Gynecomastia have two different handling to get rid of them.

Fact: Unless you're on crack cocaine or some other form of hallucinogenic drugs then it clearly makes sense to "FIND OUT" what kind of man boobs do you have?
