Gynexin is supposed to be a herbal
supplement that the manufacturers
claim has been scientifically
formulated to reduce or even
eliminate man boobs.
It's supposed to work by targeting
and dissolving the fatty cells in the
male mammary glands.
If you are like most men with
man-boobs and would try anything
to get rid of them, it could be very
tempting to rush off waving your
credit or debit card to place your
first order of Gynexin. But before you
do, we strongly suggest that you do what we did first and take a loser look at the Gynexin ingredients.
Here is what we found:
According to the ingredients printed on our box of Gynexin, the formula is primarily made up of the following: Chromium (picolinate), Guggulsterones, Theobromide Cacao (fruit), Green tea extracts (leaf), Caffeine, Sclareolides (3,17 dihydro-delta 5- etiocholone-7-one )(fruit).
Ok! If that lot sounds like a bit of a mouthful, here is a simple plain English translation of what each of the above ingredients are.
Chromium picolinateB Research has shown that amongst other benefits, chromium supplementation can help reduce carbohydrate cravings and consequently chromium picolinate has become well known in the diet industry and has been used by thousands of people who have claim that taking this supplement has helped them diet more successfully.
Guggulsterones:- Are relatively well known by bodybuilders and are a mixture of compounds found naturally in a plant grown in India called Commiphora Mukul (also called Gum Guggul). Guggulsterone compounds act as a natural stimulant on the thyroid gland which in turn can help to speed your body's metabolic rate allowing you to burn calories at a faster rate.
.
Theobromide Cacao:- Theobromide is another natural substance that is found in tea plants, cola, cocoa and acai berries. The word "Cacao" indicates that the form used in Gynexin is derived from the cocoa plant. Yes! You have eaten Theobromide Cacao many times in chocolate. So what is it? Theobromide acts like a milder form of caffeine but with less addictive ability. The net result of theobromide is similar to caffeine:- a general stimulatory effect on the body.
Sclareolides (3,17 dihydro-delta 5- etiocholone-7-one) is an extract from a plant called Clary sage and is traditionally used by the food and drinks industries as an aroma enhancer. However, some claim that sclareolides can to help produce additional testosterone in men and consequently sclareolides supplements are sometimes taken by body builders to help them increase muscle mass while working out.
Caffeine:- We don't believe that caffeine needs any introduction but because caffeine and theobromide have much the same effect we are puzzled as to why both substances have been added to Gynexin.
So now you know what all the above ingredients in the Gynexin formula do. Are you ready to answer the "50 million dollar question" … can Gynexin get rid of my man boobs? Well here is our answer…and as always we shoot you straight: "No!"
And here is our explanation:-
The Gynexin formula is indeed based around proven weight loss and muscle development supplements. We have no disputes with that. But all the above ingredients simply help to make diet and exercise more effective.
So …
1. If you're not dieting and exercising already, Gynexin seems unlikely to have much effect.
2. There's nothing to show that Gynexin specifically targets man-boobs more than any other part of the body. A general weight-loss program is likely to do you as much good in terms of moob reduction.
3. As a permanent addition to your diet, Gynexin will work out quite expensive compared with other ways of controlling body mass. Is it really worth paying out that much for a supplement?
